Cancellations:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to and including 14-days starting from the day after you receive your goods. Exclusions: apart from Special Orders. - Please note goods modified to customers specific requests, we cannot refund.
Please email, fax or write your wish to cancel and a cancellation number will be raised for you, so we can refund you promptly. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Please note that all cancellations must have a cancellation number as proof of compliance with the above terms.
Unwanted Goods:
The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

Returning Goods:
Please fax, email or write us and ask for a goods return number. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Returned goods should be sent with insurance & your proof of postage retained as we are not liable for items lost in the post (a proof of postage will be required for items reportedly missing!) With regard to unwanted goods you will only be liable for the cost of postage. We reserve the right to deduct (charge) you from your refund any additional expenses we may incur for the cost of collecting the goods.
