Unless notified your garments will be dispatched within approx. 48Hrs.

Please take into account that you are purchasing a unique service and product, one that is a Hand tailored In Scotland from your chosen fabric to the finished garment.

This whole process can take up to 28 days to deliver your chosen product.

However, should there be an unlikely delay we will contact you by email, fax or telephone accordingly for an agreed delivery date or offer you a FULL REFUND, the choice is always yours.

We are happy to announce FREE DELIVERY for all Orders over £100.00 for UK & listed International delivery destinations.

In addition UK orders below the free delivery value (under £100.00) will be charged at a fixed cost of £4.50 except on single small items such as head ware & bow ties and childrens waistcoats which carry a lesser charge.

From Stock items you can expect the following delivery times:

UK Mainland;
Large items - Goods will be sent by carrier. Delivery will be next day from dispatch date. excluding weekends.

Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

USA & International orders are generally received in less than 10 days from dispatch. If you do not receive your goods on time please contact us and we will E-mail you a reference number. Quote this number when contacting your local Customs Mail Facility.

We abide by International Postage rules & codes for our shipped products. So you should not be charged/over charged for duties (taxes) in your given country of delivery. Only local state taxes may apply as standard.

Please note - All costs will be displayed along with your products prior to your purchase.

All UK and International orders will be dispatched with Insurance & proof of postage.

Should your goods arrive damaged you must report to your delivery office promptly and inform us accordingly. Please fax, email or write us and ask for a goods return number. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
